2. General Provisions
2.1. The Policy applies to information that the Operator may obtain about users of the website https://ooo-sevres.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") during the use of the Site, filling out feedback forms, and other interactions.

6. Methods and Terms of Processing
6.1. Personal data processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
6.2. The following actions are performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
6.3. The term for processing and storing personal data is for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, but no more than 5 (five) years from the date of provision, unless a different period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation or a contract.
6.4. Upon achieving the processing purposes or upon withdrawal of consent, personal data is subject to destruction or anonymization.
7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
7.1. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases: - obtaining prior consent from the user; - transfer within the framework of contract execution (e.g., to transport and payment companies); - provision to authorized state bodies based on the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
