Hereby, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, give my consent to Severnye Resursy Limited Liability Company (INN (Tax ID) 5110005515, OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 1155190011921, legal address: 183032, Murmansk, Polyarnye Zori Street, bldg. 13, apt. 106), hereinafter referred to as the "Operator," to process my personal data under the following conditions:

Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: - last name, first name, patronymic; - contact phone number; - email address; - name of organization, position (for legal entities); - information provided in inquiries and applications submitted through the forms on the website https://ooo-sevres.ru.
3. Purposes of Processing
